Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat resistant steel sheet having excellent heat resistance and jointly having high mechanical strength required as that of a strength member. SOLUTION: A metal having the composition of SCH heat resistant cast steel prescribed in JIS is clad on a base material metal such as stainless steel by welding. The invention is suitable as a liner for preventing the crashing of an exhaust gas treatment castable and a liner for preventing the sticking of a clinker in an incineration furnace for garbage, sludge and waste oil, and further, as structural strength members for the furnace body and for the inside of the furnace.
