Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microsphere which has stimulus responsibility and can adsorb or include a large amount of substance, and to provide a manufacturing method of the microsphere. SOLUTION: The microsphere comprises an alkenyl ether polymer. The manufacturing method of the microsphere comprises: a process (1) of coagulating the alkenyl ether polymer and forming coacervate in a solvent; and a process (2) of cross-linking molecules of the alkenyl ether polymer in the state of coacervate.
