Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the whole of a food material to be efficiently and evenly be baked, and to prevent the juice or oil droplets and so forth from entering a heater housing or from being accumulated in a grate. SOLUTION: A receiving frame (C) for a pair of right and left heater unit holding fittings projects from the upper side of a decorative frame (B) which is molded into a thin and long rectangular parallelepiped in the lateral direction. A pair of front and rear heater units (D) are laterally spanned in parallel under the decorative frame. Both end sections of the heater units are pressed and restrained by a pair of right and left heater unit pressing metal fittings (E) which are respectively inserted in the receiving frame from the upper side, and a pair of front and rear air sucking metal fittings (F) which are inserted into the right and left pressing metal fittings from the upper side. At the same time, a grate (G) for baking up food material is mounted on the pair of the front and rear heater units, and the food material (M) is tenderly roasted up by carbon lamp heaters (31a) and (31b) of the heater units.
