Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new nonstructural RNA nicking enzyme capable of efficiently nicking (fragmenting) various nonstructural RNA, to provide a method for nicking nonstructural RNA by using the enzyme, and to provide an analysis method of single nucleotide polymorphism.
