Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate remarkable fluctuation of a reference voltage when a composed element is not matched to a required allowable error in a bandgap circuit and the reference voltage is remarkably fluctuated by variation of a condition such as temperature. SOLUTION: The bandgap circuit includes a current mirror 132 that generates a current proportional to absolute temperature at an output node 170 outputting a bandgap reference voltage. A first current path including a first resistor 111 is coupled between the output node 170 and a first bipolar transistor 102. A second current path including a second resistor 112 is coupled between the output node 170 and a second bipolar transistor 101. The first current path is parallel with the second current path.
