Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micromachine applicable to the inside of a pipe having several millimeters or less and capable of being designed and manufactured without using a permanent magnet and an energy supply cable from the outside and causing technical difficulties, moving to a target place to perform local work action, and preventing reduction of reliability on miniaturization. SOLUTION: An FSMA (preferably, an FePd material) like a thin belt is used in a micromachine 10 main body. Twisting forming is applied to a fin part 16 to cause change of demagnetization coefficient and change of drag when performing movement in liquid and use an external alternate current magnetic field as driving force. Heat treatment at predetermined temperature is applied to the fin part 16 to provide change of magnetic characteristic between the other part and it. This micromachine 10 advances or retracts in accordance with frequency in the external alternate current magnetic field to adjust travel speed. The work for grasping or releasing an object in accordance with heating or cooling from the outside is performed by using rapid quenching solidification FePd ferromagnetic shape memory alloy capable of achieving operation in two directions (opening, grasping).
