Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-reciprocal circuit element which can be entirely miniaturized without causing deterioration in characteristics. SOLUTION: The non-reciprocal circuit element includes a magnetic rotor 2, and the magnetic rotor includes a soft magnetic substrate 4, a center electrode 3, and a plurality of resin sheets 61, 62, 63. The center electrode includes three center conductors, the one resin sheet 63 is superimposed over the uppermost center conductor, and the other two resin sheets 61, 62 are provided between the center conductors. The resin sheets are each a mixture of a YIG (yttrium, iron, garnet) powder forming the soft magnetic substrate and a resin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
