Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission coil antenna device which is superior in impact resistance and is capable of suppressing reduction in antenna efficiency when being installed in a metallic enclosure or an enclosure plated with metal. SOLUTION: In the coil antenna device, a magnetic material sheet 3 which is made of a mixture of a first soft magnetic material powder and a first organic binder and has flexibility and can be deformed by bend is divided into two and is arranged between a coil antenna 10 having a magnetic core 1 and a coil 4 wound around the magnetic core 1 and a door handle 2 which is installed in the vicinity of the coil antenna 10 and is made of metal or metal plated resin. The first soft magnetic material powder is made of a soft magnetic material having a large high frequency permeability, and a second organic binder is made of an elastomer or a plasmer.
