PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method, an image processor and an image processing program capable of maintaining a degree of smoothing while suppressing the deterioration of an edge maintenance function. SOLUTION: This image processor extracting at least a base component and executing smoothing processing to image data including a detail component and the base component of an image has: a labeling processing part executing labeling processing for deciding that an adjacent pixel belongs to the same label as a center pixel to each pixel of the image data when a difference between a signal value of the notice pixel and a signal value of the adjacent pixel is within a range of a prescribed threshold; and a smoothing filter part executing the smoothing processing in each area of the pixel decided that the pixel belongs to the same label by the labeling processing.
