SOLUTION: This contact control system has a contact controller 10 and an operator terminal 30a. The contact controller 10 has: a contact data storage processing part 13 storing contact data 21; a contact control part 14 generating a list screen including a record specifying processing that is a target of the contact, displaying it on a display device of the operator terminal 30a, and executing the processing for the contact specified by the record included in the list screen; contact processing parts 16-19 storing records associated with contents of the contact and a date of the contact as contact history data 22; and a customer data storage processing part 15 storing a record including an identifier of a customer of the contact data and an attribute of the customer as the customer data 23.
