Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for performing accurate determination, when determining an organism-related substance by bonding specifically the organism-related substance to a probe immobilized on a substrate. SOLUTION: In this determination method for measuring the quantity of the organism-related substance bonded to the substrate by bonding specifically the organism-related substance to the probe immobilized on the substrate, when a sample including the organism-related substance is added onto mutually different spots where different quantity of probes are immobilized on the substrate or onto one spot where the immobilized probe quantity is changed continuously, a value wherein a bonding quantity of the organism-related substance to the probe is constant is measured regardless of the immobilization quantity of the probe.
