Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent powder dust containing asbestos from scattering in demolition work for a building composed of a building material containing asbestos. SOLUTION: In a building demolishing work, a building material containing asbestos is handled in such a way that a dust anti-scattering liquid is sprayed over the building material, which then is dismantled from the assembled site by releasing fixing fittings and furthermore the scattering preventive liquid is sprayed over the dismantled building material. Otherwise, scattering preventive liquid having reinforcement effect is sprayed and then the building material, being impregnated with water after the scattering preventive liquid is dried, is dismantled from the assembled site by releasing the fixing fittings.
