LABEL FEED SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label feed system capable of easily specifying a cause of an error of cutting a label substrate. SOLUTION: The label feed system comprises a label substrate conveying device 3 for feeding a label substrate S, a label generation device 4 for generating a plurality of labels L by repeatedly cutting the fed label substrate at predetermined periods, a mark sensor 26 which is provided in the middle of a feed passage by a label substrate feed means to detect the mark of the label substrate, an operation setting device for setting a reference distance from the mark to the mark sensor when the label substrate is cut in the label substrate by the label generation device, and a control device for measuring a distance to a position at which the label substrate is fed by the label substrate conveying device and the mark sensor detects the mark from the mark when cutting the label substrate. The control device compares the mark set by the operation setting device with the measured distance, and displays them on the operation setting device. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
