Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve steering stability of a vehicle by controlling damping force when roll stiffness of the vehicle is reduced, in an attitude control device of the vehicle. SOLUTION: The attitude control device of the vehicle is provided with: semiactive suspension devices 23L, 23R, 24L, and 24R serving as damping force adjusting means for adjusting the damping force that occurs in each wheel; and active stabilizer devices 15 and 16 serving as roll stiffness adjusting means for adjusting the roll stiffness of the vehicle, and the device increases the damping force on an elongation side by the semiactive suspension devices 23L, 23R, 24L, and 24R when the roll stiffness of the vehicle is reduced due to failure of the active stabilizer devices 15 and 16.
