Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying truck capable of smoothly moving a slave truck between a master truck and a skid, and a carrying system using the carrying truck. SOLUTION: The carrying truck is equipped with the master truck 11 traveling on a rail track 2, a truck rail 12 provided on the master truck 11 in a direction intersecting a traveling direction, and the slave truck 13 moving on the truck rail 12. The master truck 11 has a truck main body 21 provided with the truck rail 12, and a tilting device 23 tilting the truck main body 21 in the direction intersecting the traveling direction using a position downwardly separated from an installing position of the truck rail 12 as a fulcrum.
