PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain increase of a temperature in a compartment by ventilating the inside of the compartment during parking, and prevent odors by supplying ions at the temperature suitable for breeding microorganism such as bacteria in the compartment. SOLUTION: In this ventilation disinfection system, an air-conditioning unit AC for a vehicle introduces ambient air and ventilates the compartment for lowering the temperature Tr in the compartment when the temperature Tr in the compartment exceeds a certain temperature (for example, 45°C) during parking. At that time, the ambient air (arrow A) with a temperature lower than that of the air in the compartment is sucked by a fan 11 driven by a blower motor 12, and emitted in the compartment (arrow B), the air in the compartment at a high temperature is exhausted to the outside of the vehicle from a drafter 415 (arrow D) via a vent hole 402 of a rear parcel 401 and a trunk room 410 (arrow C).
