SYSTEM, APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING DATA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an interruption on data communication even when a telephone call is received from a third party to a mobile phone during data communication between a data provision center and the mobile phone. SOLUTION: When a data provision center 10 starts the data communication between a mobile phone 21 being connected to an on-vehicle information terminal 20, the transfer request of the telephone call made to the mobile phone 21 is issued to the communication service provider of the mobile phone 21. To the telephone call transferred to the data provision center 10 during data communication, a message is provided such as " your call cannot be taken because the user is driving a car".
