Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a compressive stress applied onto a plated film on a connector terminal fitted to a plated conductor at a given contact pressure. SOLUTION: A terminal conductor 54 on a flexible printed wiring board 5 is plated with a tin-based lead-free alloy, and a contact 2 on a connector terminal 1 is fitted to a plated film 7. At this time, a compressive stress is applied onto a plated film 7 by the spring force of the connector terminal 1. The cross section of the connector terminal is in the shape of a single curvature radius R, which reduces a compressive stress applied onto the plated film to 70 (kgf/mm2) or less.
