METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MAGNETIC TAPE CARTRIDGE, AND MAGNETIC TAPE CARTRIDGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a magnetic tape cartridge, capable of manufacturing the magnetic tape cartridge by winding a magnetic tape on a hub in a cartridge case surely as desired. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the tape cartridge by winding a magnetic tape 2 on the surface of the hub 5 of a tape reel 4 disposed in the case 3 of the magnetic tape cartridge surely as desired is characterized in that the tape reel 4 is rotated, a surface-active agent solution containing the surface-active agent of 2 wt.% to 10 wt.% is applied on the surface of the hub 5 of the tape reel 4, and the magnetic tape is wound on the surface of the hub 5.
