FILE MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file management method capable of preventing extreme degradation of a file access (reading/writing) time caused when files are recorded and erased repeatedly to/from a disk storage apparatus. SOLUTION: In the file management method of the disk storage apparatus for reading and writing data using a sequential number allotted to each sector unit for a disk in which a recording region is divided logically in a sector unit, data of the continuous sectors in the prescribed range as a sector to be written and data of the continuous sectors in the prescribed range which is not written are allotted and written alternately a plurality of times when writing one file.
