PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of efficiently retrieving and viewing a picture by calculating a parameter obtained by quantifying the degree of familiarity between persons being picture subjects. SOLUTION: The image processor 100 is provided with a picture input part 10 for inputing a photographed picture, a degree of familiarity calculating part 11 for calculating the degree of familiarity from the input picture, a database managing part 12 for linking the picture input from the picture input part 10 to store the linked picture in a data storing part 13 with the degree of familiarity output by the degree of familiarity calculating part 11 as related information and retrieving a needed picture with the related picture as a key, the data storing part 13 for storing the picture and the related information, an extraction condition input part 14 for receiving an input of an extraction condition from a user, a data extracting part 15 for receiving the extraction condition from the user and outputing a retrieval output to the database managing part 12 with a retrieval key based on the extraction condition, and an output part 16 for displaying extracted image data.
