ELECTRONIC TICKET ISSUING SYSTEM, COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR REALIZING THE SAME, AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which simply issues an electronic ticket when a ticket is reserved by telephone. SOLUTION: A ticket applicant makes a call to a ticket reservation center 2, inputs a member ID and a telephone number, reserves a desired ticket and obtains a reservation number (including applicant's telephone number). In downloading an electronic ticket, the applicant accesses a web site using a cellular phone 4, inputs a member ID/password and the reservation number and transmits a download request for the reserved ticket to a server 1. The server 1 determines whether it is in agreement with the member ID at reservation time and whether it is in agreement with the telephone number at reservation time, and if in agreement, determines that the person who reserved the ticket and the person who downloaded the ticket are the same, transmits the electronic ticket corresponding to the reservation number to the cellular phone 4, and the downloading is completed.
