Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garment with a crotch part designed so as to keep the toes of a wearer warm while sufficiently preventing excessive thermal effect to her (his) trunk. SOLUTION: The garment with a crotch part is provided with a thermal part 2 made of heat-retaining raw material, and a main body part 1 made of raw material having heat retention inferior to that of the thermal part 2. The thermal part 2 is formed at a position, so called Scarpa's triangle, covering at least part of portions surrounded by the inguinal ligament, the adductor longus and the musculus sartorius.
