Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced heat-resistant rubber product which is excellent in the strength of a reinforcing fiber, heat resistance, the adhesiveness to a rubber and chemical stability, in particular, has a notably excellent heat resistance and adhesiveness to a rubber, and maintains high strength without degrading, in the use under high-temperature vulcanization and at a high temperature. SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced heat-resistant rubber product is reinforced with a polyketone fiber. The polyketone fiber has a notably excellent heat resistance due to its molecular structure, has the stability to components in a rubber, oxygen, moisture, oils and drugs, and also is excellent in the adhesiveness to a rubber. As a result, an excellent adhesiveness is obtained to a heat-resistant rubber using a crosslinking method other than sulfur crosslinking, such as EPDM. In addition, since the polyketone fiber can sufficiently ensure the adhesiveness to a rubber without degrading even when vulcanizing is carried out at a high temperature, due to its excellent heat resistance, the improvement of productivity by shortening a vulcanizing time can be combined with the ensurance of excellent physical properties.
