Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air belt capable of preventing gas leak from holes of a bag-like belt caused by a sewing thread or a needle, and to provide an air belt device using the same. SOLUTION: This air belt 60 is structured of a folded body 30A of the bag-like belt 30, a cover 40 for covering the folded body 30A and the sewing thread 50. The bag-like belt 30 is formed into an overlapped body by overlapping two pieces of raw material sheets 31 and 32 with each other, and formed into a bag-like shape by binding peripheral edges of the raw material sheets 31 and 32 of the overlapped body with the thread 33.
