SOLUTION: This moisture conditioning/deodorization mat uses a moisture non-permeating sheet (including water non-permeating sheet) as a lower sheet 11, has a mat bag body 1 using a moisture permeating sheet as an upper sheet 12. The mat bag body contains granular or powdery chemical body 2 (deodorizer body, an antimicrobial body, an antifungal body, a bactericidal body, a perfume body) including a chemical 20 (a deodorizer, an antimicrobial, an antifungal, a bactericide, a perfume agent) in the carrier 21, and a moisture conditioning agent 3.
