PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage the information of a land without making a user be conscious of the respective layers of a printed wiring board that a via hole passes through and to easily execute the design of the via hole. SOLUTION: Information relating to the shape and/or dimension of a land for a surface layer and a land for an inner layer provided around the via hole is stored, and when generating the design information of the via hole passing through the plurality of inner layers of the printed wiring board, the design information is generated by applying the stored information of the shape and/or dimension of the land for the inner layer to the respective inner layers that the via hole passes through.
