Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a word-of-mouth system effective in attracting customers and adapted for introducing stores or the like by directly transmitting symbols by means of mobile terminals such as cellphones. SOLUTION: The word-of-mouth system includes a means for issuing, according to a request from a symbol publisher, symbols for publishing, including the content of services and information about connections to a center system; a means for accepting access to the center system by a referral based on symbols for introduction that are read by the referral's mobile terminal, the symbols for introduction being obtained when information about a referrer and the referral is added to the symbols for publishing that are read by the referrer's mobile terminal; and a means for accumulating information about the service content of the symbols for introduction and information about the referrer and the referral as word-of-mouth information at the time of the access to the center system.
