Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear side panel opening/closing structure for a cabin of a work vehicle or the like, the cabin having rear side panels on both right and left sides of a driver seat in a frontward openable manner, the rear side panel opening/closing structure eliminating an inconvenience of occurrence of uncomfortable vibration noise caused by wobbling in a connection gap between link arms for opening/closing the rear side panels. SOLUTION: The rear side panel opening/closing structure is comprised of an opening/closing restrictor 15 which is arranged between the cabin 5 and each of the rear side panels 10, 10, for allowing a full-opening state of each of the rear side panels 10, 10 at a predetermined opening, and keeping each of the rear side panels 10, 10 at some midpoint of the course to the full-opening state, at a predetermined opening. Further the opening/closing restrictor 15 has a noise absorbing means 22 which is formed of an elastic body and functions to intimately abutting link arms 18, 20 on each other.
