Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulating panel without making a face plate slip out of a frame material by preventing looseness of the face plate. SOLUTION: This sound insulating panel 1 is arranged in a frame 3 by inserting the face plate 4 in its end part into a groove part 24 of the frame materials 2a and 2b by forming the frame 3 by framing left-right vertical frame materials 2a and upper-lower horizontal frame materials 2b having the groove part 24 in the longitudinal direction in a rectangular shape so as to be set on the inside. At least one of the left-right vertical frame materials 2a and the upper-lower horizontal frame materials 2b has a pair of support parts 21 and 22 opposed by sandwiching the groove part 24. A clamp means 6 for pressing down and fixing an end part of the face plate 4 inserted into the groove part 24 to the other support part 22, is arranged in its one support part 21.
