Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find substances not needing the worry of side effects, even when continuously taken, and having an excellent anti-arteriosclerotic action, from a natural product, and further use the substances as raw materials for adding to functional foods and health foods or as functional foods or health foods themselves. SOLUTION: The present invention provides an anti-arteriosclerotic agent and a vascular tylosis inhibitor containing Phaseolus radiatus protein hydrolysates, and a food and a medicine containing the anti-arteriosclerotic agent or vascular tylosis inhibitor. The Phaseolus radiatus protein hydrolysates are typically obtained by hydrolyzing the proteins derived from Phaseolus radiatus with a protease.
