SKIN ACTIVITY PROMOTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin activity promoter that is inexpensive and easy to use and achieves considerable effects. SOLUTION: The skin activity promoter comprises a broth without no other additives as it is obtained by extraction from leaves of Bambusa glaucescens by boiling with water. A very small amount of a perfume or the like may be added thereto. The thus-obtained promoter is put into a container and is sold. The promoter is applied by pouring into a bath like a bathing agent or directly sprinkling as it is on the skin. Leaves of Bambusa glaucescens are most desirable as the leaves used for the promoter but leaves of other kinds of bamboos can be used. Thus, the skin activity-promoting effects of bamboo leaves, particularly leaves of Bambusa glaucescens are utilized to the maximum by a simple method.
