HAIR GROWTH- OR HAIR RESTORATION-PROMOTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair growth- or hair restoration-promoter that is inexpensive and easy to use and achieves considerable effects. SOLUTION: The hair growth- or hair restoration-promoter comprises a broth without no other additives as it is obtained by extraction from leaves of Bambusa glaucescens by boiling with water. A very small amount of a perfume or the like may be added thereto. The thus-obtained promoter is put into a container that allows sprinkling or a container with a spray, for example, like a container for hair-dressing agents and is sold.
