POSITIONING TOOL, AND DEVICE FOR BONDING WORKS USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning tool for easily and precisely positioning two workpieces at predetermined positions. SOLUTION: This device comprises a first recess 11 for accommodating a magnet, and a second indentation 12 for accommodating a yoke with a diameter larger than that of the first indentation 11 at a portion one step higher than the first recess 11. A first leaf spring 13 and a second leaf spring 14 for energizing a magnet and a yoke in the planar directions of the recess 11 and 12 and pressure-contacting with the inner walls of the recess 11 and 12 are arranged to the first and second recess 11 and 12, and are constituted reciprocatably inwardly from the side ends of the indentations 11 and 12. The magnet comes into press contact with a position reference surface 11a of the inner wall of the indentation 11 after it is accommodated in the first recess 11 and energized by the leaf spring 13. The yoke comes into press contact with a position reference surface 12a of the inner wall of the recess 12 after it is accommodated in the second recess and energized by the second leaf spring 14.
