Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsifying method which enables a production of large quantities of emulsion of which the particle size of a dispersing phase is fine and uniform. SOLUTION: A primary emulsion is prepared by dispersing and supplying a liquid of dispersing phase so as to be perpendicular to the flow of a liquid of a thin, wide and plane continuous phase with a microfluid chip 10 provided with a plane-shaped microchannel, and a secondary emulsion made to be a fine dispersing phase by allowing the primary emulsion to pass through the throttle of a Venturi tube.
