Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately irradiate a laser irradiation part with a laser even when the direction of a probe is changed and it is used by being inserted into a narrow body cavity where it is difficult to change a laser irradiation direction. SOLUTION: An acoustic element 2 scans a two-dimensional scanning surface by ultrasonic signals and is swung in a direction orthogonal to the two-dimensional scanning surface, and the acoustic element is provided with a laser irradiation window 4 for treatment along the array direction. The light path of a laser beam L for the treatment sent from the behind of a case body 1a is bent by a reflection mirror 5b and reflected in the direction of the reflection surface of a polygon mirror 5c, the polygon mirror is rotated, and the laser beam for the treatment is deflected to the direction of the laser irradiation window.
