Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid food facilitating taking a composition mixed with crude drug and Chinese medicine prescription, and enabling ingestion of necessary nutrition at the same time on a nutritional aspect, more specifically, having improved flavor and excellent dosing properties compared to a normal composition mixed with crude drug, and decoction, infusion, solid and liquid medicine of Chinese medicine prescription. SOLUTION: This liquid food is obtained by mixing at least one kind of crude drug extracted essence with a liquid food unmixed with crude drug extracted essence, and furthermore mixing condensed milk protein with the product. As a result, the liquid food is further improved in flavor, leaves no uncomfortable taste and smell in the mouth even after taking and is remarkably improved in dosing properties.
