SOLUTION: A semiconductor substrate, an electrode terminal part which is formed on the semiconductor substrate along a direction parallel to an edge of the semiconductor substrate and comprises surface area increasing parts having various dimensions for increasing the surface area on the top surface, and a conductive bump covering the surface area increasing part are provided.
