Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily connect a linear electrode and signal detection IC without extending the array pitch of the linear electrode in an image pickup device provided with a solid-state detector receiving irradiation of radiation carrying image information, recording image information at every pixel, and outputting an image signal showing recorded image information from the linear electrode. SOLUTION: An angle is made as 45° (θ1) between an extending direction of the linear electrode 15a in the valid image region of the radiation solid-state detector and an array direction of a terminal of signal detection IC 32. An array pitch P1bof a TCP connection part is enlarged to (sinθ1)-1times, namely, 1.41 times with respect to an array pitch P1ain a valid image region of the linear electrode 15a. An angle is set to be 45°(θ2) between an extending direction of a linear electrode 21a in a valid light emitting region of a planar light source and an array direction of a terminal of light source control IC 61.
