PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect gesture input and transmit a request for a terminal to be operated, to the terminal to be operated, wherein the request corresponds to the gesture input. SOLUTION: An operation-input part 10, which receives input such as contact or depression, transmits that effect to a signal-output part 20, The signal-output part 20 outputs operation signals to a buffer 30 and a transmission part 70. The buffer 30 retains the operation signals. When inputting is repeated to the operation-input part 10, a plurality of operation signals are retained in the buffer 30. Requests to a prescribe signal sequence and equipment to be operated, which correspond to the signal sequence, are retained in a signal sequence list 40. A request retrieval part 50 retrieves a signal sequence, which accords with the signal sequence in which the operation signals retained in the buffer 30 are periodically arranged, from the signal sequence list 40. When an accordant signal sequence is retrieved, a request to equipment to be operated, which corresponds to the signal sequence, is outputted to the transmission part 70 and transmitted to the equipment to be operated.
