Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature liquefied gas supply device that can reduce the evaporation loss of a low-temperature liquefied gas when a liquefied gas pump is stopped, and can effectively utilize the expensive low-temperature liquefied gas. SOLUTION: In the low-temperature liquefied gas supply device that raises the pressure of the low-temperature liquefied gas stored in a low-temperature liquefied gas storage tank 11 by the submerged pump 12 and supplies it, a bypass valve 15V and a bent valve 16V are closed by keeping a pump inlet valve 13V open when the submerged pump 12 is stopped by closing a liquefied gas supply valve 14V, and the low-temperature liquefied gases remaining in a bypass path 15 and a bent path 16 and in a casing 12a of the submerged pump 12 are collected to the low-temperature liquefied gas tank 11 improved in heat insulation structure by the pressure of evaporated gases in the bypass path and the bent path.
