Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a connecting wall 62 for enhancing rigidity of a lower block 5 when preventing oil dripping from the engine body side from entering the inside of balancer housings 43 and 44 of an engine. SOLUTION: Oil discharge ports 58 and 59 formed in an upper part of the balancer housings 43 and 44 are covered with the connecting wall 62 connecting adjacent cross beams 61 of the lower block 5 so as to prevent the oil dripping from above from entering the balancer housings 43 and 44, and oil discharge clearance 98 is formed between this connecting wall 62 and the oil discharge ports 58 and 59 of the balancer housings 43 and 44.
