Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-curing resin composition having a low refractive index and excellent transparency, rapidly curable by irradiation of active energy rays such as ultraviolet light and usable as a clad material for optical articles, especially an optical fiber because a cured product thereof has excellent mechanical strength, transparency and solvent resistance. SOLUTION: A fluorine atom-containing urethane (meth)acrylate (A) is obtained by reacting a fluorine atom-containing diol compound (a) with a diisocyanate compound (b) and reacting the resultant diol compound (c) with a 2-(meth)acryloyloxyethyl isocyanate (d). The fluorine atom-containing diol compound (a) is represented by formula (1) [wherein, X is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; Y is a fluorine atom or a trifluoromethyl group; m and n are each an integer of 0-5; and m+n≤5].
