Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the thickness and weight of a bottled while maintaining longitudinal and lateral compression strength required for conveyance of a bottled drink and vender strength required to sell the bottled drink in a vending machine. SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a bottled drink includes a bottle sterilization step in which at least the internal face of the bottle is sterilized, liquid contents sterilization step in which liquid contents are sterilized, the step in which the liquid contents sterilized are cooled to 1 to 10°C, the step in which a nitrogen gas sterilized under a pressure of 101 to 201 kPa is super-dissolved in the liquid contents cooled, a filling step in which, under an ordinary pressure (atmospheric pressure of 101 kP), the bottle is filled with the liquid contents in which the nitrogen gas is super-dissolved, a sealing step in which the bottle filled with the liquid contents is sealed with a sterilized cap, and the step in which the bottle sealed is heated to 15 to 30°C. The bottle sterilization step, filling step and sealing step are each conducted in a sterile space. Further, in the filling step, a filling nozzle is separated from a bottle mouth.
