FUEL FEEDING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate transpotation of a container filled with oil. SOLUTION: A fuel feeding apparatus 10 is an oil feeding apparatus by which self-service oil feeding of kerosene is performed by a customer himself/herself, and has a metering machine 12, a container placing part 14, an operating part 16, a nozzle supporting part 18 standing at the adjoining position to the container placing part 14, and an oil feeding nozzle 20 supported by the nozzle supporting part 18. The nozzle supporting part 18 is movably provided in the forward and backward direction by a sliding mechanism 50 provided on the upper face of the metering machine 12 and on the side of the operating part 16. When a plastic container 22 is placed on the container placing part 14, it is placed sideways so as to position a feeding opening 22a near the nozzle supporting part 18. Namely, the plastic container 22 is placed so that a handle formed on the center of the upper part approaches the customer 60, seen from the customer 60 operating the operating part 16.
