POLYMER POWDER DISSOLVING APPARATUS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF POLYMER SOLUTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer powder dissolving apparatus capable of efficiently dissolving undissolved matter such as lumps and blocks produced on adding a polymer powder in a liquid or a solvent, and a manufacturing method of a polymer solution. SOLUTION: The polymer powder dissolving apparatus has a dissolving vessel 2 having a liquid delivery outlet 6 in the lower part, a stirring means 4 for stirring the liquid in the dissolving vessel 2, a spray nozzle 5 capable of spraying toward the liquid surface in the dissolving vessel 2, a pipe 7 with one end connected with the liquid delivery outlet 6 of the dissolving vessel 2 and the other end connected with the spray nozzle 5 and a liquid-circulating means 9 equipped with a circulation pump 8.
