DISPLAY DEVICE AND ULTRASONIC DIAGNOSIS APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically position a display at a predetermined place. SOLUTION: A display device comprises: a support mechanism (170) having a plurality of support members for successively supporting the support member at a succeeding stage so as to be rotatable with a support position as a center; a base (300) for supporting the support member at the first stage of the support mechanism so as to be rotatable with the support position as a center; the display (160) to be supported by the support member at the last stage of the support mechanism; a plurality of motors for respectively driving the respective support members at each support position in a rotary direction; a plurality of detectors for respectively detecting the rotary angle of each support member at each support position; a memory for storing the detection values of the detectors; a command means for allowing the memory to write and read the detection values of the detectors; and a control means for controlling the plurality of motors based on a storage value read from the memory.
