Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film which has high antireflection performance and is excellent in bending resistance, and improved in adhesion when preserved under high temperature-high humidity over a long period. SOLUTION: The optical film is constituted so that a transparent high polymer film base material has a metal oxide layer, wherein the metal oxide layer is composed of the same metal element, and has such a multilayer structure that refractive index periodically changes.
