AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system capable of enhancing a heat exchange capacity by exchanging heat of cold water or hot water supplied from a water supply pipe from a heat source facility with heat of supply air, by a heat exchanger, to be returned to the heat source facility through a water return pipe. SOLUTION: This air conditioning system for supplying the cool water or hot water to the heat exchanger, and for conducting the heat exchange between the supplied air and the cool water or hot water, is provided with a bypass air volume variable damper for controlling increasingly and decreasingly an amount of the cool water or hot water passed through the heat exchanger to bring a cool water or hot water temperature in the return pipe connected to the heat exchanger into a prescribed temperature, and for regulating an air volume passed through a bypass passage by providing the bypass passage for bypassing the heat exchanger, so as to bring the air after the heat exchange into a prescribed temperature, and a heat exchanger air volume variable damper for regulating an air volume passed also through the heat exchanger, and the air volume passed through the bypass passage and the air volume passed through the heat exchanger are controlled by the both air volume variable dampers to bring a temperature difference between the cool water or hot water temperature in the supply pipe and the cool water or hot water temperature in the return pipe connected to the heat exchanger into a prescribed value.
