MEDIUM PASSAGE FORMING BODY FOR MICROCHANNEL HEAT EXCHANGER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchannel heat exchanger, capable of making a flow of a medium in a medium passage to a turbulent flow, and ensuring a passage sectional area for the medium through easy processing. SOLUTION: A laminated sheet 12 to be laminated in multiple layers is composed of sheet members 4 provided in parallel with each other and wall parts intermittently disposed between the sheet members 4, and a medium passage 14 is formed by a part surrounded by a pair of upper and lower sheet members 4 and a pair of right and left wall parts 13. A plurality of laminated sheets 12 are laminated and bonded, whereby a core part for performing heat exchange is formed. Since the medium carried in the medium passage 14 intersects with the medium in another medium passage 14 through a gap G between the wall parts 13, the flow of medium in the medium passages 14 is made to a turbulent flow.
